Petros N Dlamini, PhD is a Lecturer in the Department of Information Studies in the Faculty of Arts at the University of Zululand, South Africa. He holds a PhD and MLIS in Library and Information Science from University of Zululand in 2016 and 2004. His research and teaching areas/interests are in information retrieval (cataloguing and classification), knowledge management and indigenous knowledge, ICT for development, marketing and customer care, collection development, and research methods. He has published in LIS and is supervising several masters and PhD students in the domain. |
