According
to Shannon et al (2002) the Internet has had great impact
on the field of survey research and the number of electronically–administered
surveys continues to grow.
Data
obtained from the electronic survey was captured into
SPSS.
Using
descriptive statistics we use graphs and tables to summarize
the quantitative data obtained (Wikipedia:2006).
The
qualitative responses of the respondents was reported
and analysed seperately.
