Dr Evans is currently a senior lecturer and HOD in the Department of Information Studies at the University of Zululand. He has over a decade of higher education teaching experience in the fields of chemistry, communication science and information studies, where he now specialises in teaching information and communication technology related courses at both under- and post-graduate levels. His research interests encompass the fields of electronic learning, predicting the acceptance of new technologies, cloud computing, multi-media and school libraries. His community engagement has been acknowledged within the faculty of arts. During the past few years Dr Evans has made a very significant contribution to the promotion of e-learning at the University of Zululand. |
